What to Expect

​

Pole dancing can seem daunting and scary, but YOU GOT THIS!

​

The hardest part is walking through the doors and the rest is about having fun doing a kick-ass workout!

 

You will sweat, and the first few classes might leave you feeling a little achy. This is normal and with more practice you’ll condition and strengthen making each class feel better than the last.

 

What to Bring/Wear

​

The studio has yoga mats you can borrow for free but if you prefer to bring your own you may. We recommend bringing a water flask to stay hydrated. 

Siren Pole Dance provides all cloths and cleaning solution to sanitize the poles.

Please be sure not to wear lotion the day of class (it’ll make you slippery) and wear short shorts (the more skin the better you’ll stick to the pole).

Please don’t wear any jewelry as it’ll damage the poles and your jewelry.

 

Liquid Chalk!

If your hands get sweaty (which will make it hard for you to grip the pole) we sell Siren Pole Dance liquid chalk for only $10.00 + tax per bottle!
