Old School Babe Flow
Old School Babe Flow with @angel_ladiosa is a choreo workshop for anyone who wants to tap into their femme fatale energy while learning and honing different elements of choreography inspired by Old School Pole! Elements include: fluidity, enticing performance, continuity of movement, and more.
The one hour and a half workshop will consist of a flexibility based warm up, and base work pole choreography.
Please bring a mat, heels (preferably sandals), and knee pads, and your favorite pole outfit!
